Midas has caused me nothing but problems. Everything started when I needed new tires. At first the staff was accommodating and made it seem as though they were getting me such a good deal. However I paid an absurd amount for all 4 tires but was told their alignment machine needed to be calibrated and that I would have to come back another day to get it done. I proceeded to call once every two weeks for about a month and a half. Then I needed my battery replaced. It was installed fine but I was told to “just come in”. I waited for nearly 4 HOURS. Watched multiple cars get taken in before mine. I promise they do not care about your time. Fast forward a few months and I noticed I was having to fill my tires once a week. I brought my car back to them and they confirmed my tires did in fact need to be resealed as it was not done correctly by their twerp of an intern the first time. BUT, while I was there they made sure to scam me into getting my front brake pads and calipers replaced because they claim they cannot do only brake pads (although my receipt says I was charged for pads and rotors????) in which I was charged $700 for. I’m a girl. I don’t know any better. Anyways my tires ar

GO HERE!! TRUST THEM! I was traveling through Milwaukee on the way to Green Bay for a job when I got a flat tire. I called Midas and spoke to Dustin. Although they were busy, he told me he would do everything they could to get me in and out as fast as possible so I would be on time for my job. While the nail was in my right rear tire, the tech assigned to my car carefully examined all four tires. I even saw him pull a tiny pebble out of a different tire just to verify that it was not another puncture. You could see that the tech cared about his job, cared about my car, and cared about my safety. The tech was exceptionally thorough as he repaired my tire. They did not try to sell me anything I did not need, and in fact, they were very kind when the bill came. Chuck took care of me, and I appreciated that very much. Dustin and Chuck knew that they would never see me again, but they treated me like I was a 20-year customer, and that is a very rare and special thing these days. I cannot recommend Chuck and Dustin at Midas more strongly. They are the epitome of how people should be today, and I will never forget them for their kindness.

Sebastian was quick to help me, super nice to talk to, and checked my tire pressure putting my worries to ease. He even got me quotes on new tires if I ever needed one in the past. Never felt rushed or pressured there and 100% will be picking this location to go to when I need my car serviced. Very happy with how he handled my Buick Envista too. 100% go here.

The guys at Midas were very professional. Mark and Nate got to the root of the issue and were very honest about their discovery. I can really tell they have a passion for helping people. I was able to drop my car off and get it back the same day which was super convenient. I highly recommend the Midas on Wisconsin over and other Midas I’ve visited.
